An AMAZING interview with the director of The Hobbit, Guillermo Del Toro. He goes into production, depth, characters, and similarities to the book. Probably one of the most wonderful thing I’ve read in a very long time. I recommend you read it as well.

For anyone unfamiliar, The Hobbit is the prequel to the Lord of the Rings Trilogy. Unlike the trilogy, it will be directed by Guillermo Del Toro. Peter Jackson is still heavily involved with the writing and producing. It will be split into two movies, and will again involve the talents of Hugo Weaving and Ian Mckellen. AKA: Wonderful.
